Selena Pasadyn, MD, MS was born and raised in Hinckley, Ohio and attended Brunswick High School, where she excelled in her academic and athletic pursuits. She then graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology and a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. She also competed on the Division I Varsity Cross Country and Track and Field teams while at Harvard.
After her undergraduate education, she attended medical school at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. While there, she also received a Master’s in Clinical Research, graduating with a 4.0. Following medical school, Dr. Pasadyn continued her dermatology internship and residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Throughout her journey, she has published extensively in dermatology, including peer-reviewed articles in teledermatology, adverse cutaneous reactions to biologic medications, and autoimmune diseases, among other topics. She has also given oral and poster presentations nationwide on her research.
Dr. Pasadyn is excited to now be serving her local community as a dermatologist. Outside of work, she enjoys running, camping, coffee, and country music. She also loves spending time with her three younger sisters, all of which are in the process of completing medical school as well.
