Rental and Policies

Guarantee
It is requested that the Conference Center be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function by 12 PM, 72 business hours prior to the event. This will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend.

Prices and Payment
There will be an applicable 20% taxable service charge and applicable sales tax on all food and beverage items. Prices are subject to change with guaranteed pricing six month prior to the function date.

To secure your event with us, we respectfully require a non-refundable deposit followed by the estimated balance payable two weeks prior to the event. Your function should be completely designed, including menus and all details, one month prior to your event date.

In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation charge will be invoiced. The cancellation schedule will be outlined in the Letter of Agreement you will receive from the Conference Center.

Alcoholic Beverages
The State Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco regulates the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages. The Conference Center is responsible for the administration of such regulations. Therefore, it is our policy that no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Conference Center for any conference or function. Only food and beverage purchased from Trillium Creek may be used during any conference or function at the Conference Center.

Catering
Catering for the Conference Center is charged as a dollar amount per person. Please note that a 20% gratuity charge will be added to the total catering bill.

Clean-up Services and Expenses
Set-up expenses and clean-up service is covered by a 20% service charge on the total rental and catering fee combined. This is in addition to the 20% gratuity charge for catering alone.

Audio/Visual Equipment
We have available in-house audio/visual equipment for all your audio/visual needs. We use only state-of-the-art equipment. Audio/visual equipment rental prices are subject to a 20% daily taxable service charge.

Parking
The Conference Center provides a private parking lot with separate entrance and registration. There will be no fee charged for parking in the private Conference Center lot.

Merchandise or Articles
The Conference Center shall not be responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the Conference Center. The Conference Center is not responsible for any items left unattended.

Decorations/Signage/Literature
Decorations or displays brought into the Conference Center by the guest must be approved prior to arrival. Items may not be attached to any stationary wall, floor, window, or ceiling with nails, staples, tape or any other substance in order to prevent damage to the fine fixtures and furnishings.

No signage of any kind is permitted in the lobby or other public areas. Signage is to be used outside meeting rooms only, and must not be larger than 22" wide and 16" high.

You acknowledge that "Trillium Creek" is a federally registered trademark. Any printed forms or literature pertaining to the Conference Center or the use of the Trillium Creek logo must have prior approval from the Conference Center. This approval includes radio, television, newspapers, printed tickets or any other form of advertising.
