Environ^®

The Environ® system is an effective anti-aging treatment that utilizes the Environ® Ionzyme® DF machine to penetrate the skin with vitamin-rich Environ® skin care products.

ENVIRON® IONZYME® DF TREATMENT
Skin has a natural waterproof barrier that hinders the penetration of vitamins. The Ionzyme® DF machine overcomes this resistance with two methods: Iontophoresis and Sonophoresis.

Iontophoresis uses an electrical current to facilitate penetration of vitamins into the skin. It is used for larger surface areas such as the face and neck. The result is skin that looks and feels younger.

Sonophoresis uses sound waves to transport vitamin molecules through the skin. The sound used is the same sound made by dolphins, which produces better penetration through the skin than traditional ultrasound. It is used on limited surface areas such as the upper lip and “crows feet” around the eyes, as well as on scar tissue and brown spots.

Trillium Creek medical professionals are certified by Environ® to provide these exclusive products and treatments. Your Trillium Creek medical professional will help you choose the best method for your skin type. In some cases, a combination of both methods may be recommended.

Smooth, silky skin will be noticeable immediately, but long-term results are achieved with a series of treatments.

Treatment time is approximately 60 minutes. Environ® is a non-invasive, non-surgical procedure that is painless with no downtime.

ENVIRON® SKIN CARE PRODUCTS
The cornerstone of Environ® products is professional grade vitamin A. Extensive medical research has shown that vitamin A corrects, smooths, softens and protects the skin from ultraviolet radiation and free radicals. It normalizes the skin by promoting collagen and elastin production and improves the skin’s natural moisture, leading to healthier, younger looking skin.

Along with professional grade levels of vitamin A, all Environ® products also carry a patented combination of medical grade doses of vitamins C, E. B3, B5, B12 and antioxidants, plus state-of-the-art biopeptides. Most Environ® products are free of fragrances, preservatives and colorants and are non-comedogenic. Environ® does not conduct any testing on animals or use animal derived ingredients.

Environ® products were created by prominent Cape Town plastic surgeon Dr. Des Fernandes after researching skin cancer following the untimely deaths of two young patients due to melanoma. He discovered the essential role of vitamin A in skin health and became determined to create treatments built on this vital element.
